Yes. Our partner banks typically lend up to 70% of the purchase price to non-residents and up to 80% to Spanish residents, subject to approval. You will need an NIE (foreigner identity number); our team can book the appointment for you.

Handover is planned for Q4 2028. Your purchase contract sets a firm delivery date; if it is missed beyond the legal grace period, you can cancel and recover every payment plus legal interest.

Every payment before handover goes into a segregated account and is covered by an individual bank guarantee or insurance policy in your name, as Spanish law requires (Ley 38/1999). The building also carries 10-year structural insurance.
